Our Process
Our process originates with a thorough review of your construction or zoning documents and materials. Our 3-dimensional objects are built TO SCALE based on the details provided, and are built to be consistent with specific product line detail. We provide only REAL 3D simulations, so every project we create is built 3 dimensionally, from start to finish. At Ascend, we know what it takes to succeed and that every resource must be leveraged, so we’ll work closely with your Design Engineers, Land Use Planners, Site Acquisition and Construction Managers. Should it be necessary for your project’s approval, we’re also prepared to engage with governmental staff and property owners on your behalf, to ensure your product is 100% accurate per the visions of your team. We always represent our clients with the epitome of professional standards.
When rendered, we’ll place your scaled 3-D objects on actual camera location to provide world-class, realistic, photographic images. Combined with our advanced post-production analysis and quality assurance process, our cutting-edge technology enables us to produce computer generated renderings and submittal packages of undequalled quality.
